I'm too tired to write much. Four days of Girl's Camp with 8 girls really wore me out. The Bishop came up for part of the time. I'm really glad I was blessed with super human strength to endure and pull it off. Deep down, I really love Girls Camp. But for now, I just need a nap.
Glorianna and her new pal Sadie on the hike to a waterfall.
Imani and Glory showing off our tent situation. Imagine me trying to figure out the following story problem: Camper A and B want to sleep in a tent together, no one wants to share a tent with Camper C, Camper D and E insist on being alone in a 3 man tent, Camper F and G insist on being alone in the other 3 man tent, Camper H tried to be nice and volunteer to share a tent with camper C but that tent turned out to be full of mold because the last boy scout to use it left food in the tent pocket (approximently 3 weeks ago).
Essence and Melissa in our Food Hut. This bug proof eating area was a dream come true.
Here are some girls during the raft activity. Shortly after this, two young women picked me up and threw me into the lake.

Good for you doing the whole girls camp thing. I LOVED girls camp when I was a... girl. :) But now, I don't know. In our stake I call it girls 'retreat' because they sleep in cabins and have running water and electricity. But I suppose I would still like it if I went. :)
You go SUPERWOMAN! You are so brave. I remember D2 Girls camp many many moons ago, just a couple of them(I had the luxury of spending most of my summers at the beach!) and loved my leaders who were there to bare with us "clicks" and drama! I'm sure those girls just adore you! What are we going to do without you!
Yeah what are we going to do without you...punk! I am glad you had a blast. I really do with I could have gone...I LOVE camping and this summer is turning out to not be as camp filled and I wanted it to be! Guess that is what happens when we don't plan ahead!
oh my gosh...they threw you in the lake! that is HILARIOUS! looks like you had an ADVENTURE at girls' camp!!!
Nobody better than you could do that. Now will see what Liesl is made of. haha. We all now she is going to be next for Young Womens President.
Well it looks like you had fun. I only went to one girls camp in my years and I loved it. I'm sure those girls did too. GOOD JOB!!!!
Mindi! How WAS it?? I can't wait to hear about it. I'm so impressed with you....
